What this policy covers
This policy describes how the poweraicorp.com website handles information. It does not describe customer deployments, which are governed by the agreements and documentation shared with each organization.
Information we collect on this site
The site has no accounts, no login, and no advertising trackers. We do not build visitor profiles. The contact form does not send your details to a server: submitting it composes a message in your own email client addressed to info@poweraicorp.com. Until you send that message, the information stays on your device.
Email you send us
When you email info@poweraicorp.com, we receive the contents of your message and your email address. We use them to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a briefing. We keep that correspondence only as long as it is useful for the enquiry and our records.
Service providers
This website is served by a third-party web hosting provider, and that provider processes standard technical request data such as IP address and browser user agent in order to serve pages. Web fonts on this site are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the request data needed to deliver the font files. Our business email is handled by our email provider. We do not sell information to anyone.
Your choices
You can browse the site without contacting us. If you have emailed us and would like your correspondence deleted, write to info@poweraicorp.com and we will remove it, subject to any records we are required to keep.
